JOB DESCRIPTION: Requirements For the Electrical / Mechatronics Engineer or The Electrical Technician:
Possess the manual skill of using tools and electrical measuring tools.
Previous experience in dealing with sheet metal machines like “Bending Machines /
Shearing Machines / CNC Fiber Laser / CNC Plasma”, Metal Forming Machines like
“Lathe, milling machines, presses” and also Welding Machines, Wood Working
Machines, Aluminum Working Machines.
Preferably those who have previous experience in knowing the types of CNC machine controls like “CYPCUT, FANUC, ARTCAM, FASTCAM ….”
Have the ability to install the previous machines and do troubleshooting for it.
Have the ability to read and track the electrical circuits drawings for the machines as well as the operating manual
Have the ability to install & Troubleshooting for AC Motors & Servo Motors & Servo drive & Stepper Motors.
Have the ability to deal with Inverters, PLC Drivers and do programming for them.
Full knowledge of traditional control circuits and how to design.
Full knowledge of the types of sensors, limit switches.
